The HHES CSV-to-HTM File Converter

This page is for Home Health Education Service (HHES) Literature Evangelists (LEs) using—or wanting to use—the utility program I’ve written to convert payment summary files in comma-separated value (CSV) format to the older Hyper-Text Markup (HTM) format that has been in use in the past. If you’re not an LE using the Windows software provided through the HHES, then the information and resources on this page probably won’t be of much use to you. :-)

System Requirements

This software should run on any computer that runs Microsoft Windows version 7 or 8 (32-bit or 64-bit). I know of no reason that it wouldn’t run on Windows XP or Vista, but I haven’t tested it on those versions.

To install the software, you’ll need Administrator permissions for your system. This usually isn’t a problem for people using a single home or small business computer, but may be relevant to people working in a larger office. In this case, you may need to have your system administrator install the software for you.

The Latest Version

The officual release version of the software is You can download it using the links below.

Please remember to do the following before installing:

  1. Read the User Manual.

  2. Remove any previous version of the software that you may have already installed.

While I am happy to assist anyone who needs help using this utility, please keep in mind that I am doing this work in my (not so abundant) spare time, and may not always be able to respond to a query right away.

Older Versions

You can download the older version of the software here, but it’s almost certainly not what you want. They’re provided here for reference purposes only, and if you have a specific reason to get hold of the older version for comparison or whatever, feel free — if not, scroll back up to get the latest version.

Remember, when you install a new different version of this software, make sure to remove the previous version first, using the instructions in the User Manual.
